* Added avaters for profile

To make inidivisuality for profile, Textt supports avater settings.
You can use your favorite images as your avater image on the [Settings] - [Account] menu.

Your avater shows on your profile page (http://textt.net/[Account Name]).

A default image (Textt log) appears if no image is set.

* Changed screen size.

Textt's screen width is now fixed to improve the readability.
You can switch to the former flexbile width by clicking the toggle screen width button on the header.

This setting is stored on your PC (as a cookie), and you need to switch this setting again if you use another machine.

* The menus on the header now appear as a drop down menu.

* The top page design before sign in is now improved.

* Fixed the problem that PDF is not generated correctly.
